Our Mission

Democratizing Heritage Preservation Through Innovation

At preserve.archi, we believe cultural heritage belongs to everyone—not just large institutions or well-funded projects. Our mission is to preserve small-scale heritage sites often overlooked—too small, unnoticed, or not prioritized in traditional heritage preservation efforts—and at risk, yet holding invaluable cultural and historical significance.

We leverage cutting-edge AI, Gaussian Splating perceptive photogrammetry, and community-driven scanning to create a collaborative 3D archive that ensures accessibility, sustainability, and proactive conservation.

🔗 Bridging Innovation & Tradition

Heritage conservation should be accessible, affordable, and efficient. By using AI and crowdsourced photogrammetry, we bring high-tech solutions to historical preservation.

🤝 Empowering Communities

We encourage citizen participation, allowing locals, researchers, and students to contribute to heritage scanning and documentation.

🏛️ Preserving Identity

Small monuments hold immense historical and cultural value. By digitally preserving them, we ensure future generations can learn from and appreciate their heritage.

📈 Sustainable & Scalable Impact

By combining free public access with AI-powered diagnostics, Preserve.Archi creates a self-sustaining model that benefits heritage conservation across Europe.

Why it matters

“Without doubt, the church of Notre-Dame-de-Paris is still today a majestic and sublime building, but however beautiful it has remained as it ages, it is difficult not to sigh, not to be indignant at the degradations, the countless mutilations that time and men have simultaneously inflicted on the venerable monument.”
Victor Hugo, in 1831- before Notre-Dame first renovation.

What We do

3D Scanning for Cultural Heritage

Using off-the-shelf drones and advanced AI-Driven photogrammetry, we propose a collaborative map to digitize historical structures and make them accessible to the public.

Open-Access Digital Library

We provide free, low-resolution 3D models for educational and research purposes, fostering public engagement in digital heritage.

Low-Cost Preservation Services

We offer affordable scanning and diagnostic reports to local governments, architects, and conservation specialists, ensuring that even small communities benefit from state-of-the-art preservation tools.
